- We will make repairs free of charge if there is a manufacturing defect
- We have an on-the-road team for large-scale or long-distance repairs.
- We offer DIY patch kits, replacement parts, and repair guides for handy outdoor enthusiasts who want to make small repairs on their own
The Frugal Camper/Glamper
Our repair program saves customers money by avoiding the need for costly replacements. We encourage our customers to “Buy Once, Buy Well” – choosing high-quality, long-lasting products over lower-quality, disposable alternatives.
The bonus? You’re also significantly reduceing waste across our planet. With a “Repair > Replace” mindset, you contribute to environmental sustainability by avoiding the carbon footprint associated with manufacturing new items.
