OUR REAL WORLD RETURN POLICY
A good, long, happy relationship usually depends on a good beginning. While we expect that all of our customers will enjoy many years with their Diamond Brand products, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. To this end, if you’re not totally satisfied with your Diamond Brand purchase you can return it within 365 days, together with proof of purchase, for a full refund. If neither the customer, nor Diamond Brand can locate any proof of purchase, refunds will be issued at the value determined by Diamond Brand.
Refunds will be made in the form of a credit to a debit card, credit card or online payment system like PayPal, as long as they are accompanied by proof of purchase. Those lacking proof of purchase will be made in the form of Diamond Brand merchandise credit. Refunds will not be made in the form of cash.
On those rare occasions when refunds are requested and processed beyond 365 days, they will be treated like those lacking proof of purchase from Diamond Brand and will be issued via Diamond Brand merchandise credit at the value determined by Diamond Brand.
PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not apply to Partner Program sales, sale items, discontinued items and factory seconds as those items are not eligible for return.
