We’re proud to be a part of the historic North Carolina textile industry that has been in operation in our region since the 1800s. Sewing is a traditional craft of Appalachia, and we are proud to maintain this cultural heritage through on-site job training that honors and deepens our roots, ensuring that we can keep 100% of Diamond Brand Gear products sewn in our factory near Asheville, North Carolina.

If manufacturing, quality inspection, production assembly, or sewing while learning new skills excite you then please apply. Experience is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right people who have a passion for what we do.

Diamond Brand awarded over $20,000 of cash to employees as part of their ’40 for 40′ program from 2022-2024
- 100% of our employees make a Living Wage, or better, for Henderson County, North Carolina. This factors in the number of adults in the household who are working and the number of children they are supporting.
- Through our Gainsharing Program, we split the gross margin profits we exceed 50/50 with employees each month.
- We have a robust Employee Referral System in which we reward employees for employment referrals and offer a graduated pay scale dependent upon milestones such as interviewing and length of employment.
