12 Bones
12 Bones Smokehouse offers mouth-watering BBQ that BBQ-lovers from all around the nation will appreciate. The 12 Bones team make everything from scratch daily, and they’ve acquired quite a loyal fan base—including Barack & Michelle Obama, who have chowed down on these famous ribs during multiple visits to Asheville.
Last year, 12 Bones opened a new location in South Asheville, still serving their classic menu while delving into the brewery game as well. Despite this location’s spacious interior, 12 Bones had to adjust and accommodate given the state of the COVID-19 pandemic, and we think our Parthenon Canopies look excellent in their outdoor seating area.

Flat Rock Village Bakery
Turns out that delicious coffee, pastries, sandwiches, and wood-fired pizzas work well together. Flat Rock Village Bakery in Flat Rock, NC has been serving up hand-crafted food since 2001, using the best local ingredients they can find. Flat Rock Village Bakery is using a Parthenon Canopy to cover their pick-up area, where folks can wait outside for their food or coffee.
HIGHLAND BREWING
In 2024 we helped Highland Brewing repurpose and transform their old grain silos into open-air, rentable cabanas with our custom-made canvas sun shades. What a great complement to our sustainability efforts! The silo cabanas available to host small gatherings for private events at the brewery’s outdoor entertainment space, The Meadow.
The Collective
The Collective is a Seattle-based urban basecamp where locals can craft a home and community based on common interests and shared ventures. In addition to some delicious eats, they heavily focus on community and creating a relaxing, collaborative space for a diverse group of people. The Collective needed some coverage and protection for their outdoor seating area, and it turns out our Warhorse was a perfect fit.
