No matter how well-made our products are, they all inevitably have a finite life span AND production span. With more than 100 years of experience in making premium outdoor equipment our team is happy to help repairing your beloved Diamond Brand product.
We guarantee everything we make and take pride in standing by our gear. Therefore, if any defect arises due to something we did (or failed to do), we will repair it for you free of charge for the life of the product!
We also understand that you may encounter some of life’s mishaps or just some normal wear and tear. In these cases, we will make every effort to repair your gear for a service charge that varies based on the scope of the repair.

REPAIR PRICING
Below is a list of the most common repair issues, and a general ballpark range of the cost for repair. Note: We really don’t know what the repair entails until it has arrived in person, so we may contact you further with alternate solutions or pricing estimates.
- Small cut needing a patch, less than 5 inches
- Need a replacement piece of broken hardware
- Reinforcing seams
- Broken zippers on smaller items
- Replacing Velcro
- Grommet replacement
- Larger cut, 5 inches or more
- Entire zipper lines needing replaced
- Interior liner replacement
- Strap replacement
- A plethora of issues need to be addressed
- Panels need replaced
- Gaping holes, etc.
- Replacement pole sets (that work) but we no longer have in stock
The Fine Print
- The above applies to Diamond Brand Gear branded product only. We do not repair other brands of tents or outdoor gear at this time.
- Believe it or not, there are older products of ours that we simply don’t have record of, or no longer have the pattern work for, images of, or the materials to fix. That doesn’t mean we are not up to the task! We simply ask that you are as committed as we are in bringing your gear back to life.
- Our machines don’t like dirt – so PLEASE clean your gear before sending back to us.
- We do our best to get repairs back to you within 6 – 8 weeks.
- Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. You cover shipping to us, we cover shipping to you.
- Please know our repairs will fix the functionality of the product, however, your product may look ‘repaired’ or not quite the same as when you first purchased it. This is your gear building character with stories to tell for years to come.
