Sometimes you just need to experience a wall tent for yourself. That’s why once a week we invite our customers to spend the afternoon touring our outdoor showroom, factory outlet and 60,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility to get up close and personal with our products, and our people.

Each week we’re happy to offer the opportunity for guests to walk through our factory floor and experience the expert craftsmanship that leads our sustainable tentmaking process. Join us for Factory Factorys from 1-4pm to see firsthand how we create high-quality, hand-sewn outdoor products in the heart of the Carolina mountains.

weekly factory tours GUIDELINES
- Tours are offered on a first come, first serve basis. Reservations are not required.
- Groups of no more than 10 people will depart from the Diamond Brand Factory Store at 1:30 pm.
- Weekly tours take approximately 25 minutes, while 1:1 private tours may take longer.
- No children under 12 years of age, please.
- Closed toed shoes are recommended.
